Main Ingredients:
Vegetable oil, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, lemon leaf, tamarind, chilli, sugar, salt, water.
Usage:
Bring to a slight boil 1.5 liters of water, then add 280g THAI HOT POT sauce. Stir well to dissolve the sauce. Add seafoods (shrimps, fishes, clams, squids,...) cook about 2-3 minutes. Then add vegetables. Serve hot with noodle and fish sauce.
Serves: 4 people. (can be used for vagetarian recipes)
